MARKETPLACE TERMS

You are not permitted to falsely advertise or promote your members as something they are not (i.e. "real members" when they are botted)

You are not permitted to under-deliver on orders paid to you on the marketplace.

You are not permitted to sell members that were obtained in any manner OTHER than through the user knowingly authorizing the member. Automation is not allowed.

You accept you are solely responsible for the security and accessibility to your non-custodial wallet.

You will accept weekly payouts in Litecoin network only, the method of payment cannot be negotiated. The schedule of the payments (weekly) also cannot be negotiated.

Notwithstanding any other provision herein, a non-negotiable, irrevocable fee shall be automatically deducted from the gross revenue generated by the Customer through marketplace sales, based on the Customer's subscription tier at the time of the transaction, as follows:

• "Free" plan: fifteen percent (15%)
• "Premium" plan: twelve percent (12%)
• "Plus" plan: eight percent (8%) These fees are mandatory and non-waivable, retained to cover essential processing, operational, and administrative costs. All deductions shall occur automatically and shall not be subject to dispute, refund, or adjustment under any circumstances.

Buyers must lodge their request for refund within 24 hours of the marketplace transaction. If you wait longer than 24 hours, we're allowed to deny refund as it's possible we've already paid the seller at that point. Buyers agree that purchases for credits will not, under any circumstances have the credit purchase refunded to their bank, credit card, debit card, or applicable payment method. The only option is for credits to be refunded to balance to be used on another seller. You acknowledge that credit refunds will not be sent out of VaultCord under any circumstances.

If any IP addresses from the country of Turkey (outlawed from using Discord) are linked to any of your orders, your refund may be denied. If we provide ChatGPT the text from your support ticket requesting refund and ask it "Is this text rude or disrespectful?" and ChatGPT says yes, your refund may be denied.

VaultCord and its operator Nelson Cybersecurity LLC are not liable for loss of funds incurred by forgetting your wallet password.

You are required to comply with all applicable laws locally and in the United States. You also are required to comply with GDPR, CCPA, VCDPA, PPPL, DPIA privacy laws. Any breaches of these terms will result in the forfeiture of revenue, and it will not be returned to you.

HERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL NELSON CYBERSECURITY LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
